The successful candidate will have a relevant legal qualification. Experience is not essential but would be advantageous.

* Shareholders Agreements, share options
* Partnership formations and retirements
* Business start ups
* Fundraising
* Management teams in private equity transactions
* Share buy-ins and capital reductions
* Corporate governance issues, board room and shareholder disputes
* Private equity funds acquiring businesses or minority states
We are looking for results-driven candidates with strong IT skills, excellent communication and teamworking skills, good all-round admin skills, meticulous attention to detail and a keen desire to learn and develop.
