Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £60000/annum
My client is searching for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Sunderland, Tyne and Wear offices.
This will be an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team, helping to shape and develop client relationships and enhance their profile in the local market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a broad and varied dispute resolution caseload.There is also HoD opportunities for the right candidate
Requirements:
• 6+ years PQE with sound experience in dealing with dispute resolution matters
• Ideally come with a following or strong connections in the industry
• Confident in handling own case load
• Exceptional client care skills
Responsibilities
• Company and shareholder disputes
• Employment Disputes
• Contract disputes
• Contentious probate
• Warranty claims
• Insolvency
• Professional negligence claims
• Agency disputes
• Conducting own advocacy
Desirable:
• Judicial review procedures and petitions to the government
• Experience of dealing with banking disputes
• Exposure to agricultural issues would be a distinct advantage
• Previous business development and networking experience
