Conveyancing Solicitor

Sue Ross Legal are working with a successful, family run Law firm based Southeast Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Full time Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX with 5+ years PQE.
Thes successful candidate will take over an existing and new mixed caseload of varied residential property matters including sale and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, freehold purchases and lease extensions and equality release. You will also be required to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing residential property lawyer to join a well-established, and friendly team.
To be considered for this vacancy, you must be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX with at least 5 years practical experience of Conveyancing. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable being part of a team with a passion for delivering an excellent client experience.
Required skills:
* Excellent communication skills – experience in dealing with clients via telephone and face-to-face is essential.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload within the required timescales.
* Works well under pressure.
