JS legal Recruitment Ltd are excited to be working with friendly Boutique firm of solicitors based in Brentwood. Our client are a highly regarded legal firm providing a first class service to people and businesses throughout Essex, Greater London, the South East and East Anglia.
If you’re a newly qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, with a passion for providing outstanding service to clients and want to enjoy a good work/life balance this position may appeal to you. You will be working within a team of three with secretarial support .
The role
* Handling your own caseload of property matters with minimum supervision
* Drafting and negotiating transfer of land, transfer of part and transfer of property
* Drafting new leases
* Raising enquiries on purchase transactions, dealing with enquiries on sale transactions and managing a case file from instruction and commencement to post completion
* Dealing with re-mortgages, equity release, transfer of equity
* Processing commons and village green applications
* Processing adverse possession claims
* Drafting and negotiating Deed of Covenants , Deed of Variation, Deed of Easement
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
* Completing and processing land registry applications and dealing with Requisitions
* Responding to client queries regarding Title or Lease terms
* Analysis Title and Highway plans
Experience Required
* Applications from newly qualified solicitors who want to thrive in a supportive and open door office are welcome. Those that fall outside this bracket will also be considered
* You will be organised, proactive and a team player
* Ability to achieve realistic monthly targets

* Statutory pension scheme, 20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
* Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
* Salary £31,000- £38,000
