Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £34000/annum DOE
Are you an experienced RTA Litigation Fee Earner?
Have you managed your own caseload of 200 files?
Do you have experience of managing a fast track caseload?
Do you want to work in Wilmslow?
If you have answered yes to the above questions then I would be keen to hear from you.
Duties include:
Risk assessing cases for litigation
Investigating and risk assessing new claims
Investigating liability and assessing quantum of claims
Drafting and issuing of legal proceedings
Conduct of litigation to fast track trial
Negotiating
Dealing with costs
