Job Title: In-House Lawyer/Litigation Lawyer
Ark Search are currently looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join an in-house organisation in York on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity.
Duties will include:
* As Legal Counsel, will be responsible for advising the organisation on a variety of legal matters to include Litigation, Property, IP and Commercial
* Drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts and documents
* Dealing with debt recovery and insolvency matters
* Liaising with both internal and external members of the business to deal with any queries
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Litigation experience is essential and having experience within an in-house setting is advantageous. Applications will be considered outside of these parameters.
