Commercial Property Solicitor 1-4 YEARS PQE
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £60000/annum
Lexcel accredited law firm located on the outskirts of Cambridge are currently recruiting due to natural growth, a Commercial Property Real Estate Solicitor or Legal Executive of 1-4 years PQE.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a recognised department that can offer you a varied but high value caseload of commercial property matters where you will be able to maximise your potential and gain personal satisfaction from your role. You will receive continuous support to grow far within the department and the firm itself.
Experience to include:
* Commercial leases
* Grants of easements;
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Property finance (e.g. debentures/charges)
* Lease negotiations, drafting and renewals
You will ideally have good knowledge and experience of (but not essential):
* Commercial and residential developments
* Promotion agreements
* Agricultural
