This is a new opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing / Property Assistant to join a prestigious and reputable firm based in Norwich as a Residential Property Assistant. This firm are renowned in the local market for their reputation, producing high-quality work and for promoting an inclusive, nurturing and rewarding culture.

This opportunity would see you joining a knowledgeable and credible Residential Property team, with the opportunity to specialise. Responsibilities will include:

* Writing standard letters and emails.

* File management – opening, closing, and maintaining files whilst ensuring compliance.

* Post completion work to include HM Land Registry registrations and SDLT submissions.

* Preparing files for completion and post-completion.

* Processing forms including client questionnaires, money laundering forms and client on-boarding documents.

* Carrying out administrative tasks to include photocopying, scanning, ID checks etc.

* Preparing account forms and invoices.
