We are working with our client; a British Wills and Probate Award Winner, established in 1988 who have been going from strength to strength ever since! We're looking for a 2 year PQE Solicitor / Chartered Legal Exec to join their friendly and spirited team to support their increasing probate caseload – prior experience is ESSENTIAL.
Main responsibilities
*
Estate admin as well as working on your own caseload
*
Be the face of the business in client facing meetings
*
Drafting wills and assisting with probate matters
*
Advising clients on tax and succession planning matters
*
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Main Requirements
*
Law degree educated or equivalent ( CILEX or TEP)
*
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a wills and probate role
*
Excellent communication skills
