Litigation Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum
An exciting opportunity to join a growing, friendly and supportive team that has already established itself locally and regionally is currently expanding their Litigation team.
The position open is for a Commercial and general Civil Litigation solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE, handling a mixed caseload ranging from disputes – both shareholder and company disputes to debt recovery and contract disputes.
This role will offer someone the opportunity to really progress within the firm and eventualy become partner. They offer hybrid working arrangements as well as flexibility on hours and even days if required.
The candidate for this role will enjoy dealing with a variety of complex and challenging work types and will have the following –

Organising, drafting and preparation of witness statements and trial bundles
*
Organising and preparation of trial bundles;
*
Advocacy experience in County and High Courts;
*
Dealing with Counsel;
*
Costs management and budgets;
*
CPR rules and other procedural-related matters

Be professional, organised, competent, enthusiastic and ambitious.

Be able to work independently and as part of a team with other fee earners, providing advice and assistance whenever needed to develop knowledge and skills within the rest of the team
