El/PL Solicitor -Fee Earner

Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum + Commission and Performance Bonus
Billion Recruitment Group Ltd are recruiting for an experienced EL/PL Solicitor/Fee Earner to join a growing and forward thinking law firm with offices in Liverpool, the Wirral and a number of remote employees.
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated EL/PL Claimant Fee Earner to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of EL and PL claims, from initial instruction to settlement or litigation.
* Providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to claimants.
* Negotiating with insurers and opposing parties to secure fair settlements and maximum compensation for clients.
* Preparing and drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss
* Liaising with medical experts, barristers, and other professionals to build the strongest case.
* Giving an excellent client journey and keeping them informed throughout the process.
Experience
* A minimum of 2 years experience working as an an El/PL Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee earner
* .Thorough knowledge of the El/PL regulations and procedures.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
* Outstanding time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively.
