Salary : £25000 – £40000/annum

We are recruiting on behalf of a niche local Personal Injury Firm with a national reach. The firm covers a wide range of cases from RTA’s to military deafness, slips and trips and work place injuries. Based in their Plympton office, this well-established and reputable firm are looking for two fee earners to join their team. This is a large team that prides itself on excellent customer service, specialist professional advice, and a supportive working culture that encourages happy clients and happy staff.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity for two fee earners to join their busy litigation team based in Plympton.

You will be responsible for running your own caseload of fast-track files. You will be developing your knowledge and expertise working predominantly on out of portal ELPL/RTA claims (up to 125 files). You will be working under the supervision of a team leader and be supported by assistants in your team.

This role is full time and permanent. Working hours are office based, Monday to Friday but consideration can be given to the possibility for remote working to the right candidate.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will be either a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or a non-qualified fee earner, but you must have previous experience of personal injury litigation.

Knowledge of using Proclaim case management is also desirable but not essential.

You will also have excellent client care, an ability to work independently but also part of a team and be able to work to deadlines.

The Benefits

For the successful candidate, on offer is a salary of £25,000-£40,000 p/a, dependant on experience and performance. Starting salary will be down to the Directors discretion.
