Family Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum
A team of Family law specialists are currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor of at least 5 years+ PQE handling private family matters.
With over 7 offices and nearly 100 staff and offices across London and across the South East, this firm are offering great opportunities for a Family solicitor to develop their career and skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.
The new hire will be responsible for mange a complex portfolio of clients and varied caseload to include:
* Advising on divorce law, financial, children, and domestic violence matters
* Advising on relationship breakdown such as the unmarried family and enforcement, appeals, setting aside and variation
* Advising on / drafting cohabitation and premarital agreements
* Preparing consent orders and agreements
* Conducting negotiations and own court advocacy
