Wills and Probate Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal are working with an established law firm based in Sheffield. Our client is looking to recruit a senior Wills and Probate Fee Earner, to assist with the growth of the department, to take on more senior duties within the team as well as managing your own demanding caseload.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest and a solid background in private client matters including wills, estate planning, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney.
* Client Management: Provide high-quality legal advice and service to clients, maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality. Work with Private Client advisors to support the quality and active progression of files.
* Court of Protection: making applications to the Court Protection and assisting as part of the team in managing the property and affairs of clients for whom we act as Deputy.
* Review the preparation of wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA); making sure all documentation is legally and technically accurate and in keeping with client’s instructions.
* Wills and Estate Planning
* Probate and Estate Administration: Managing probate applications and the administration of estates, including dealing with all aspects of the administration process.
* Trusts: Assist in the creation, administration, and termination of trusts, providing advice on trust law and acting as a point of contact for trustees and beneficiaries.
* Powers of Attorney: Assisting in the Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) and provide advice on Court of Protection matters.
