Corporate Solicitor 6+ PQE
The Role: We seek an experienced Corporate Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join a top tier firm in their Manchester office. You'll manage your workload, assist on corporate transactions, and provide company law advice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle corporate transactional and advisory work for diverse clients
* Support lead advisers and supervise junior lawyers
* Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents
* Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
* Engage in business development and client meetings
* Train and develop junior team members
* Achieve financial and chargeable targets
About You:
* 6+ years PQE with proven experience in private M&A
* Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and drafting skills
* Self-motivated, with excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
