A modern, forward thinking law firm is looking to expand their conveyancing team with another fee earner due to organic growth. There is plenty of work available from Estate Agents, referrals and walk-in clients, and they would like this strong basis to be built on with further business development and account management.
This incredibly friendly firm has very high morale, very low staff turnover and they make sure their employees get the recognition they deserve, ensuring everyone feels valued. There is strong administrative support provided, so fee earners can get on with doing what they do best without getting bogged down with admin.
The firm has embraced technology and were working on a cloud-based system prior to the pandemic. There is flexible working available that can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. You would need to spend around 3 days per week in the office.
The caseload consists of properties from £100,000, all the way up to multi-millions of pounds. These properties could be located anywhere nationally, with a lot of them in London and the local area. It is a strictly residential caseload.
