Full time, permanent, 100% Office based.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are excited to be recruiting for a highly regarded law firm in Market Harborough, who are looking for an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in private client work to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, working with a broad range of clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* Advising client on inheritance tax planning, trusts and wealth management.
* Providing compassionate and expert guidance to clients during what can often be challenging times.
* Drafting wills, trusts and other relevant legal documents.
* Conducting thorough estate planning reviews and advising on tax-efficient strategies.
* Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth estate administration.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law to provide accurate and current legal advice.
ABOUT YOU:
* A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Private Client law.
* Strong experience in handling wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* A high degree of empathy, professionalism and discretion.
* STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
BENEFITS:
£45,000 – £65,000 (Dependent on experience), your own office, Christmas & New Year off.
