To be considered for the role you will need to:

* Take lead on complex cases

* Playing a fundamental role in the growth of the team

* Maintaining relationships and developing new business

* 6+ years’ experience in contentious probate

* Acting on behalf of individual beneficiaries, executors, administrators or trustees
