What You Will Need
* You will be required to prepare your own bills and follow the costs process through to detailed assessment where necessary.
* You will practice / client service and will ensure a consistent costs strategy is being utilised by all Fee Earners
* Experience of drafting bills of costs and budgets for Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases is essential along with cost negotiation and advocacy experience.
