Junior Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £33000 – £40000/annum
My client is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor to work in our friendly and professional Commercial team, based either in Hull or York, but traveling between offices may be required.
This role would suit someone looking for an opportunity to develop their career, with exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
The role:
• You will be working with a wide range of clients including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare, and agricultural clients.
• Manage a caseload of matters including succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments, as well as exposure to commercial property work.
The candidate:
• NQ – approx. 3 PQE Solicitor (applications from all levels of experience will be considered)
• Be keen to develop a broad transactional skill set
• Professional and commercially aware
• Excellent IT, client care and communication skills
