Are you an experienced Commercial Solicitor looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to grow your own practice as part of a dynamic team that is active both nationally and internationally?
This is a unique opportunity to work with Partners recently out of London, who are continuing to build an exceptionally innovative and dynamic commercial practice, providing high-end commercial transaction advice. The team is led by experienced professional who joined the organisation from predominant London/US firms and are looking to further expand the team after a period of sustained growth and success.
They work with a growing client-base of local, national and international companies and have a particularly strong reputation in the sustainable/renewable energy (including waste-to-energy) space. They frequently advise on transactions and contracts of national and international significance, and they regularly work opposite some of the largest UK law firms.
This role will suit someone of 5+ years PQE, who has a broad range of commercial experience and an interest in sectors such as sustainable energy, construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing. The team has an existing pool of work ready to support the transition and growth of the right candidate, but this opportunity would best suit an ambitious solicitor that wants to take control of their own career path and progression, manage their own caseload with the support and guidance of the team’s highly experienced partners, and develop their own client base.
Consistent with location outside of London, the firm also has a realistic and sustainable attitude to billable hours, giving its fee earners the breathing-space needed to explore new specialisms and pursue exciting new opportunities as they arise. The size of the team means you’ll benefit from the ability to work independently, alongside direct partner support and training to support your personal development.
