Qualifications: NQ Solicitor, Qualified Solicitor, CLC or CILEX (Associate, Graduate or Fellow)
Essential Requirements Dealing with:
– Sale
– Purchase
– Organising network events
– Transfer Equity & Re-mortgage
– Leasehold & Freehold
– Shared Ownership
Basic Responsibility Overview:
• Handling case-loads relating to residential conveyancing transactions;
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and referrers
• Effective Implementation Anti-money laundering and anti-fraud legislation, procedures and compliance
• Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills to advise, negotiate, draft effectively
