Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner Outstanding Finchley Nursery

Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum Depending on Experience
A privately owned and family run Nursery based in Finchley is looking for a qualified level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work with children aged 2-3 years old
This is a FULL TIME PERMANENT vacancy therefore please only apply if you can commit to working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week on a shift basis, rotating shifts will consist of
* 7.30am-4.30pm
* 8am-5pm
* 9.30am-6.30pm
The room you will be required to work in caters for children aged 2 to 3 years old
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:
* Planning & observations on key children
* Working in a team
* Ensuring the premises are safe, clean and tidy complying at all times with the nursery requirements.
* Follow nurseries policies & procedures
* Provide a safe, secure, stimulating environment for the children
* Acting in a professional manner at all times when dealing with children, staff and parents
* Ensuring children's needs are met

* Minimum level 3 childcare qualification
* Experience working with children aged 2-3 (preferred but not essential)
* Understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding & first aid
* Aware of Ofsted requirements
* Up to date DBS (if not, be willing to get a new one)
* Excellent communication skills both written & spoken
