There are both permanent full time or part time Support Chef opportunities on offer for someone with a background, experience and interest in catering and hospitality.

You will be assisting the Head Chef with food preparation and cooking menu items, as an integral part of the restaurant’s success.

Key Features of the Role:

* As a Line Chef you will be working under direction of the Head Chef, which comes with direct responsibility of the food quality produced for general dining and private events.

* The role will be challenging, as you will be expected to produce quality fresh food cuisine for which the restaurant is well-known for.

* Working 5 days a week.

* Preparing food, cooking to order, A La Carte, Sunday Roast, and lunchtime menu options.

* Making sure the kitchen area is always clean and tidy.

* Reliable, conscientious, team player who can communicate to the team.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

* Previous Chef, Cook, Catering Assistant or general kitchen experience is required.

* Physically and emotionally robust enough to be able to maintain a clean and tidy kitchen.

* Previously worked in a busy kitchen environment would be ideal.

* Able to communicate respectfully and work well with others.

* Must be able to take direction from senior staff members, be dependable and efficient.

* Must be physically fit as restaurant spans across two floors.

What is on Offer?

Excellent Lime Chef opportunity in a unique independent fresh food venue.

The role comes with a basic annual salary range from £17,000 to £26,000, dependant on experience, interview assessment, and contracted working hours.

Tips are on top of monthly salary.

Up to 50 hours available per week, 5 days a week, (part time hours also available).

Holiday entitlement 20 days plus 8 bank and public holidays.

Company Nest pension, meals on duty and discount on food and drinks.
