A leading flower and household plant supplier is seeking enthusiastic Line Leaders to join a busy team located near Stevenage in Hertfordshire.
The Role
To ensure the efficient running of either labelling and/or production lines on a day to day basis and support and assist the Team Leaders. Ensure all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the company's operational procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a team of up to 16 general operatives.
Line process: Responsible for controlling all aspects of labelling/production processes and controls within the company's existing policies and procedures.
Labels/Packaging: Responsible for using the correct packaging and ensuring the labelling process is strictly followed.
ERP: Responsible for maintaining any processing of information within our ERP system (Prophet)

£10.10 per hour plus £1.22 per hour holiday pay (TOTAL £11.32 per Hour or £135 per 12 hour shift )
Overtime rates available after 40 hoursShift Patterns
12 hour shifts – 7 to 7
AM & PM shifts available
Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to SaturdayRequirements
