Great opportunity to work as a Line Leader for our clients bakery.
Staffline are recruiting Line Leaders in Market Drayton.
Working full time fixed days or night shift 4 on 4 off:
-6am to 6pm
-6pm to 6am
The rate of pay is
Days – £12.00 per hour
Nights – £14.00 per hour
Your Time at Work
As a Line Leader your duties will include:
– Running the production line & machiniery
– Ensuring the final product meets client specifications
– Assigning workers production line tasks
– Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
– Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner
– Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
– Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Line Leader will have leadership skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential.
