Live-in Chef
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £16.50/hour
We currently have a great live in opportunity for chef's of all levels
This is for a well known client located in Exmouth, located 20 minutes drive from Exeter.
This will be working on a MOD barracks 5 days out of 7 with a flexible rota.
You will be cooking for upwards of 500+ staff a day, following the menus set by the client.
Shift times vary from the following 5:30am-1:30pm and 11:30am – 6:30pm.
You will be working in one of that various messes on the barracks, varying from junior ranks all the way up to sergeants mess.
We are looking for chefs with the following traits
* Work well under pressure
* Proven experience cooking on mass
* Knowledge all HACCP, COSHH and all main allergens
* Ability to work alone or in a team
* Hard working attitude towards work
We are offering
* Hourly pay £16.50 per hour
* Weekly Pay a week in hand
