Salary : £9.20 – £10.12/hour OVERTIME UP TO £15.18

Machine Operative – Genuine Temp to Perm opportunities with 29 successfully securing perm roles this year.  Immediate starts available. With an hourly rate from £9.20 to £9.55 per hour and permanent equivalent of £18,000 – £20,000 per annum. Seneca Bridge are working in partnership with an award-winning online supplier of clothing for events, promotions and work wear.

You don't need previous experience to be successful. Our machine operatives have come from a variety of backgrounds including hospitality, customer service, care, retail, warehouses and manufacturing. The business provides excellent training for our staff and as long as you are eager to learn and want to do a fantastic job, they will teach you the rest!

Main Purpose of the Job

If you were successful, you would be working as a key part of the production process including;

Completing clients and customers orders.
Using equipment and operating relevant machinery.
Quality checking.
Cross referencing customers' orders.

The ability to prioritise tasks.

This is a 24-hour operation, to be considered you must be able to work the following three shifts on a rotating basis; 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am Monday to Friday.

As a Machine Operative you will earn.

A starting hourly day rate of £9.20 per hour increasing to £9.55 per hour after successfully passing probation.
An hourly night rate of £10.12 per hour rising to £10.78 per hour.
