Mailroom Operative
* £21,763.60 per annum

* Permanent staff position
* Monday – Friday (with flexibility)
* Shift start times available between 6:30am and 8am
* 5am start times also available – come with a £1,200 shift premium p/a

A number of opportunities are available within the Digital Operative Team of a leading Sunderland employer, where you will be working for one of Europe’s largest outsourcing companies.
You will handle large volumes of confidential documents and data for a variety of high-profile customers, opening, sorting and processing incoming physical mail.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
* Exposure to an administration-focused workplace would be beneficial, but not essential
* You will be meticulous in following process with a natural attention to detail
* Comfortable typing at a steady pace
* Experience of working with various file types including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
What You’ll Be Doing
* Working as a key member of a dynamic, diverse team
* Processing large volumes of incoming mail, secure documents and data
* Day to day scanning, processing & distribution of documents
