Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer
* Proactive Maintenance : Oversee both planned and reactive tasks on production, packaging, and utility systems.
* Swift Troubleshooting : Identify and fix electrical and mechanical issues to reduce downtime.
* Preventive Care : Update the maintenance management system, order parts, and ensure equipment reliability.
* Safety & Standards : Comply with all health, safety, and food quality regulations—everyone stays protected.
* Teamwork : Collaborate with production teams, contractors, and your fellow engineers to hit performance goals.
Skills & Experience: Maintenance Engineer
* Certified Electrician (or equivalent) with solid technical know-how.
* Food/Beverage Experience : Great if you’ve worked in a high-volume setting, but not essential.
* Automation Familiarity : Background with control automation or PLCs is a bonus.
* Problem-solver : Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and eager to find solutions.
* Strong Communicator : Comfortable working in a team, sharing insights, and learning from others.
