Management Accountant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Management Accountant – Scunthorpe – £35,000-£45,000 + Great Benefits
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a highly successful, fast growing business in the Scunthorpe area who are looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant. This exciting role will report into the Financial Controller, taking ownership of the Management Accounting function for the business and ensuring a smooth running of the department.
Management Accountant Responsibilities include:
Preparing monthly Management Accounts including analysis, commentary and additional management information reporting for two group companies
Producing weekly flash accounts
Managing the transactional team and ensuring efficiency and accuracy within the department, including overseeing the sales and purchase ledger
Assisting with annual budgeting
Bank reconciliations
Stock reporting and reconciliations
Working with FP&A team to plan and manage cashflow
Working across the finance team to ensure controls are in places and drive system improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
Qualified or latter stages studier CIMA OR ACCA
Strong experience in a Management Accounts role
Team management experience would be highly beneficial
Knowledge of working with high volumes of stock
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Good excel skills are essential
