Managing Quantity Surveyor – £80k -£90k + Package and Bonus
Henry Martin have recently partnered with a well-regarded, privately owned main contractor, to assist them in their search for an experienced project based Senior Commercial Manager. As a group this main contactor have a current turnover in excess of £500m, with ongoing plans to continue their growth, allowing all employees to progress and develop.
As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will need to demonstrate your leadership skills and ability to manage and deliver high-profile projects, valuing between £20m-£70m. Due to continued growth and secured work, the business are looking to strengthen their commercial department and appoint an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor, within their sports and leisure sector.
The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will be required to deliver a £30m stadium extension, with heavy structural changes which will including new conferencing suites and hospitality areas, based in South East London
The Ideal candidate will benefit from having experience working on major projects, ideally in the UK, however not discounting experience overseas. It will be highly beneficial but not essential for the senior commercial manager to poses experience working within the stadia sector.
