The Role
As a Marketing Administrator you will provide high-quality and effective support to our marketing and business development function, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
– Daily monitoring of the website enquiries inbox, raising and distributing any enquiries, as appropriate
– Creating and circulating the weekly PR & Marketing email to the firm
– Organising meetings, internal knowledge sharing events and co-ordinating diaries
– Conference support – sending materials overseas and working alongside marketing colleagues to co-ordinate online conferences
– Overseas trip programme – processing of trip requests from start to finish including requesting and monitoring trip reports
– Weekly names report – updating GDPR permissions for all new additions to firms’ database
– Monitoring the bulk email system (CampaignMaster) inbox and actioning as appropriate
This is a full time 12-month fixed term contract role based out of the Bristol office.
About You
To join us as a Marketing Administrator, you’ll need:
– Demonstrable administration experience
– Strong organisational skills and the ability to recognise and meet deadlines
– Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels
– A strong desire to learn and a willingness to become involved
– Ability to work individually and within a team
– Good Microsoft package skills particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
