Marketing Operations Project Manager

The role:

Project management of Paddock Club operations including planning, design, production, logistics, delivery, finance, and reporting.
*
Weekly reporting to line manager to update on project progress, operations, timelines, and financial tracking.
*
Updating Operations Team in weekly team meetings on output, workload, capacity, successes, and challenges.
*
Maintain excellent working relationships with marketing team, wider colleagues, industry stakeholders and suppliers.
As our Marketing Operations Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
*
Briefing and management of production and logistic suppliers to successfully deliver suite assets at race locations on time, on brand and on budget.
*
Weekly status meeting with suppliers to plan, debrief and define key actions for continuous improvements, efficiencies, and first-class delivery.
*
Creation of project timelines to manage suite freight, kit rotations, carnets, and customs.
*
Highlight and communicate key deadlines to hospitality team, design team and senior stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Paddock Club assets.
*
Responsible for gifting stock and distribution, working together with Marketing Operations Executive to oversee requests and fulfilment for each F1 season.
*
Management of winter works programme to ensure brand standards are maintained.
*
Support and coordinate with the Hospitality Team to plan and organisation ticket purchases, space allocation and suite plan sign-off.
*
Designing the suite floorplan for each race and liaising with the Design Team for sign-off as required.
*
Attendance at all suite races to oversee build, sign-off and handover to the Paddock Club Hospitality Manager.
*
Budget management; responsible for financial planning, tracking, raising purchase orders and reconciliations.

Continuous improvement through post event reports and implementation of new documentation and processes.
What we are looking for:

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a professional sports team whilst having a proven projectmanagement background with the relevant skills and qualifications.

You are motivated to deliver the best in-class trackside suite asset to enable the hospitality team to deliver an exceptionalguest experience.

You work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, whilst demonstrating strong organisational, attention to detail andtime management skills.
*
You thrive on working in a fast-paced, busy environment.
*
You possess excellent communication skills, have high levels of drive and be able to make decisions within apressurised environment.
*
You have a flexible approach to working hours, along with the ability to work under minimum supervision with a "can do" team attitude.
*
You will travel with the race team when required.
