Red Recruitment is excited to be recruiting a Marketplace Assistant to join our client who is one of the UK's biggest and most trusted suppliers of affordable veterinary medicines and pet products. This position is located in Keynsham and the salary is £23,971 per annum. You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence due to the location of the office.

Salary: £23,971 per annum
Hours: Rotating shift patterns
Monday – Friday, either 8am – 5pm or 8.45am – 5.45pm
1 in 4 weekends 8am – 2pm (Saturday or Sunday)
Contract Type: Permanent

Regular social eventsKey Responsibilities of a Marketplace Assistant:
Maintaining Amazon and eBay listings (adding and removing items when required, updating descriptions and prices)
Monitoring all reviews and investigating any negative feedback
Uploading consignment numbers to Amazon ensuring targets for tracking information are met
Preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
Monitoring the quality of listings and suggesting improvements where appropriateKey Skills and Experience of a Marketplace Assistant:
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Previous Marketplace experience is advantageous but good customer service is essential
Experience of managing own performance against KPIs
Knowledge of ISO standards and process improvement and implementation is desirable
Experience handling customer complaint processes
