Henry Martin Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an award winning, well-established developer in their search for a materials buyer.
Our client is growing from strength to strength, with a number of live projects on-site and a strong pipeline of new developments. As a self-delivery developer, our client focusses on delivering complexed residential and mixed-use developments within the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious material buyer, who would like the chance to progress their career with a stable and cash rich business. This office-based role, reporting directly into the procurement manager, and working closely with the site team(s) and project coordinator to ensure that materials are ordered to specification and on time ensuring a smooth build process.
The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working as a buyer, previous experience within the construction industry is preferred.
