Overview:
A dairy based in Grassington is looking to recruit a Milk Pasteurising Operator to join their team. There is training available in-house and an opportunity to advance. This is a full-time role with an offer of up to 44 hours over 4 days one of which will include a Saturday on rotation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively operate the day-to-day pasteurisation plants
Complete CIP cleaning on all equipment
Record processing information on reference/ record sheets
Complete product testing
Complete site hygiene testing
Collect and store samples for testing
Ensure that HACCP system is adhered to
Skills and Qualifications:
Full Driving Licence
Communication skills
Physically fit
Basic computer IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
CIP experience
