Mobile Facilities Manager – Healthcare/Soft Services

We are currently working with a leading Facilities provider to recruit a Facilities Manager to work in a mobile role on a government facility on a contract basis, in the Bradford area. The work will be on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis and pay £18-20 an hour, and we are looking for people who can begin employment at short notice
This Site Facilities Manager role will be suitable for a self-motivated, immediately available individual ideally with facilities, hospitality management, logistics, security, events, soft services (catering/cleaning) or healthcare based managerial or strong supervisory experience. You will need to be flexible with work days/hours, although all work to be carried out in the daytime
As a Site Manager you will be confident and thorough in your communication – be it holding one to ones, managing a strong team or being able to deal with disciplinarians and grievances where they may arise.
In addition to managing the onsite team you will also be required to work closely with the client and be able to be adaptable and flexible when it comes to the changing needs of the site.
You will be responsible for HSE, Client Relationships, Reporting and Staff Management, Cleaning and Security.
For this role we are looking at immediate starts on some highly sensitive and prestigious sites, and therefore need either an existing DBS certificate or willingness to apply, and a list of sound references from the last few years.
You will also hold a current clean driving licence We look forward to receiving relevant applications asap
