This role has become essential due to the ever-changing requirement for flexibility of offerings, pop ups, mobilisation of new concepts and refurbishments and the ever expanding geographical foot print of operations.
Based in SW7 within the main production kitchen, the day-to-day responsibilities are for 1400 meals whist leading a team of five. Mobilisation and development experience is essential. High level of flexibility, creativity, and flair. Recognise, understand and adapt offerings to suit differing skills and knowledge of chefs and front of house staff. The ability to execute a planned concept to completion ensuring set standards continue when moved on to the next project. This role needs someone who has a genuine passion for food development, inspiring teams and pushing themselves to improve the customer journey. Ideal candidate will be from a contract catering/ hotel background and a real plus would be Asian food experience within a branded operation. Summary as follows:
* Predominantly Monday –Friday
* Day to day team of five
* Day to day-Asian restaurant 400 covers
* Day to day traditional food restaurant 750 covers
* Day to day- Plant based restaurant 250 covers
* Trouble shooting quality/budgetary and performance issues across the estate
