Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
We are looking for a Fully Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be honest, reliable and hardworking, who can work under the own initiative to prioritise there work load to ensure that deadlines are met.
You must possess at least 3 years recent experience with a NVQ / City & Guilds at Level 3 in Vehicle Repair or equivalent. Have a full clean driving licence and your own tools.
THE ROLE
* Repairing, Maintaining & Servicing vehicles that are booked in the workshop
* Stripping, fitting & replacing elements on vehicles
* Ordering Parts needed for repairs
* Advise the Workshop Manager of any further faults, so work can be authorised
* Using a diagnostic equipment to find faults
* Ensuring all deadlines are met to ensure customer satisfaction
* Keeping the Workshop Tidy
THE PERSON
* 3 years experience in motor vehicle repairs
* Be able to deal with customers & queries they may have
* Welding Experience & Tyre fitting would be a bonus, but training will be given
* Be a Team Player
* Full Clean Driving Licence
