Music Marketing Associate
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £25 – £30/hour
Music Marketing Associate- London/Hybrid- 12 Months- £25-£30 ph PAYE
Responsibilities:
Support the Music Label Partnerships team in various responsive/reactive categories to help serve partners
Rights Manager Support: Report/resolve bugs, follow up internally with operations teams to facilitate label responses
Verification: Work with internal teams to process verification requests for all music label partners
User Account Management: Reactive response to access issues/hacks
Ad Coupons: Create, manage and process ad credits/ coupons for music label partners
CRM: Work to manage/maintain CRM database for music industry partners, create educational one- sheets on new products/ features
Reporting: generate ad-hoc reports utilising internal dashboards for music label partners
Payments: Maintain payment status workbook, process invoices, expedite payments, change in process requests
Meetings: attend planning/execution meetings
Artist/ Campaign Tracking: Help track and share artist/label uses of music products
Direct contact with external partners to resolve customer service issues
Support for the label relations team to ideate, secure and manage priority programmes
Engage with developing artists to communicate best practices and execute audience growth strategies
Help develop scaled solutions for label partners to capitalise on opportunitiesSkills/ Experience:
2+ years digital music experience
Firm understanding of social media platforms and interaction with music
Interaction with record labels is a plus
