An NPI Program Coordinator opportunity has become available for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of off-highway machinery and diesel and natural gas engines.
You will play an important role to support the business in delivering new technologies. 10 large programs running, with split off's from these.
NPI team is made up of Program Managers and Program Coordinators. PC’s support the PM’s with the large projects but also deliver smaller projects.
Duties include:
Coordinate with Program Managers in scheduling and support program control meetings & compression sessions.
Supports Program Managers in facilitating update meetings, maintains program level issues/action logs, risk registers, scope change requests/logs, program work plans, program cost tracking, and provides workshop planning, execution and follow-up assistance.
Provides recommendations to project team needed to increase accuracy of program and project schedules, provides guidance to team in understanding and following program and project management standard processes, and works daily with team members to emphasize the importance of the program schedule to be successful in implementing on time, with in cost, and at the required quality targets.
Provides administrative planning and follow-up for program team, steering committee, and governance review meetings

Experience in programme coordination/program managing
Experience using MS project
Microsoft Office including Excel, Vlook up – analyzation of data
Degree in technical engineering/manufacturing preferred
Strong communication skills
