Office Administrator
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £21000 – £22000/annum
Office Administrator – Exeter outskirts – 12 month FTC
* £21,000-£22,000 per annum – depending on experience
* 8am – 5pm – Mon-Fri
* 20 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays
* On-site parking

Baker Snell are working with a multi-site organisation looking to appoint in to their small, friendly accounts and sales teams in a 12 month fixed term contract.
Someone with a working knowledge of Accounts Administration would be beneficial, however training and support will be available so this role will be suitable for someone looking to learn and develop their skills further.
Duties include:
* Answering calls from customers
* Dealing with any customer queries for our group of companies
* Operating weighbridge
* Credit Control
* Assisting with the smooth running of the daily office duties
* Assisting with vehicle sales administration
* Inputting accounts data both accounts receivable and payable
About you:
* Previous experience working in an office environment
* Understand the basics of a Ledger and how to process information appropriately
* Confident answering calls and providing friendly, professional assistance
* Basic experience of MS Office products such as Excel and Word
* A team player happy working with others
* Willing to learn and ask questions to develop knowledge and skills.
This is a busy and varied role, and the successful applicant will provide support across two functions which will keep the work interesting. Due to the location of the office own transport would be useful, however there is a bus stop nearby.
