We are the UK's largest Independent supplier of SMART* Automotive Repair Services .
Operating from the group’s Headquarters in Downe, Orpington, Kent, our centralised team, consisting of accounts department, purchasing department, research and development team is also complemented by our sales & marketing department. Each team member and department head is tasked with clear goals and objectives, creating a highly motivated, dynamic team of people, focused on supporting and understanding our customer’s needs.
Due to customer demand, we are now looking to recruit a permanent, full-time bookings co-ordinator to work at our Headquarters in Downe, Orpington Kent.
Ideally, suitable candidates will have worked in an office environment previously and will be expected to carry out the following duties:
* Entering Customer Repair Bookings on our Computer System (Big Change) – full training given.
* Dealing with customers (Trade and/or Insurance policy holders) and our SMART Repair Technicians on the telephone.
* Scheduling SMART Repair Technicians to carry out our customers' SMART Repair needs.
* Updating the IT system
* Dealing with email enquiries
* Scanning and filing documents.
*SMART = Small to Medium Repair Technique
Microsoft Office experience is essential.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
Paid Overtime is available on a team rota basis – Saturday – 9.00am-2pm
