Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum

We are a busy firm of accountants, based in rural Oxfordshire, seeking an experienced Office Manager who ideally has knowledge of working within an accountancy practice.

This is a busy and varied role and would suit someone with a proven track record of success in a similar role, with Personal Assistant experience and strong administrative and organisational skills. An ability to juggle and prioritise a sometimes heavy workload is essential, as is a strong command of the English language and the ability to work on their own initiative.

Reporting to the Senior Partner, this is an important role assisting with the management of the team and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Main duties to include, but not limited to:

* Supporting and liaising directly with the partner of the firm.

* Monitoring emails and directing client queries to the appropriate account manager.

* Writing client correspondence on behalf of the management team.

* Attending staff meetings and producing the agenda and minutes.

* Raising invoices and maintaining a monthly analysis of turnover.

* Writing and posting news articles for the company website/Facebook page.

* Ensuring the office is manned at all times, dealing with staffing queries and the general running of the office
