Office Manager
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum
We are looking for an Office Manager / Administrator to join our fantastic client in Kimbolton.
This role is a 9 month maternity cover contract.
The position is extremely varied and no 2 days are the same.
Daily tasks
* Manage part-time Administrator
* Open/close the building.
* Answer all emails in accounts payable and personal.
* Answering calls
* Keeping a clear/ safe workspace for everyone
* Changing anything on the hire sheet order or off-hire
* Organise emails in accounts payable.
* Resolving any problems with the guys on site from vehicle or orders
* Checking fuel invoices that come in (Husk)
Weekly Tasks
* Sorting out weekly subcontractor invoice and lodge payments
* Checking timesheets
* Checking query invoices on xero
* Return stock
Monthly Tasks
* Hire invoices onto the system
* Send all statements to accounts
* Making sure that uniform is in stock
* Order anything for the office e.g., office supplies
* Training records
* Checking that all vehicles are correct on insurance.
* Authorise admin assistant and warehouse hours
* Book in MOT for all vehicles.
* Taxing all vehicles
* Booking in services for vehicles
* Making sure that all folders are up to date on drive e.g., training staff and certificate folders.
* Phone contracts are up to date.
Working hours are 8am – 5pm.
