About the role
The role spans a diverse set of responsibilities related to growing and operations. Formulating fertiliser mixes, ensuring the optimal composition to provide essential nutrients for the healthy growth of crops. Integrated pest management actions are implemented.
Environmental and grow data analysis, scheduling irrigations for plants; ensuring they receive the appropriate amount of water to support their development.
Supporting the seeding and harvesting processes is another vital responsibility. Collaborating with the team, the role contributes to plant scheduling efforts aimed at meeting customer orders and overall production goals.
The ideal candidate
You'll have a passion for changing the way we grow produce and a real interest in the way we can integrate technology into the growing method. With some experience working in a commercial growing environment, either having worked within a glasshouse or commercial nursery.
