The Position: Operations/Sales Trainee
Hourly Rate: £12-£14phr
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
The Client: Based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, a family run business specialising in fresh quality produce and foods. Founded in 1969 they now have five sites across Warwickshire, and Evesham.
The company’s mission is to provide their customers with a consistent, high-quality supply of products, which is achieved through established growing and production systems, as well as a talented friendly team who are driven by the company’s four key values of freshness, adaptation, service, and traceability.
The Role:
Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now seeking to recruit an ambitious and motivated person to join their business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about all the systems, processes, and products the company produces. Knowledge gained will provide an excellent springboard for outstanding career progression. This may well continue within operations or a sales role depending upon the individual.
Upon starting your exciting career path, you will commence working and learning the operations and despatch, receiving fresh produce in preparation for our high-profile customers. This experience will provide the essential knowledge, skills, and expertise to understand and learn about the way the business operates and the high-quality products our client provides.
The next step in this great opportunity will be to work within the sales and department and actively help develop and grow both existing business and seek out new openings.
