Order Processor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum
Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced order processor to join a growing and forward thinking window and door installation company.
Our client, has been installing UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors for over 30 years to the domestic customers. They are known for their excellent customer service and product finishes.
The right candidate will have current/ recent experience order processing windows and doors using specialist processing systems Evolution/Business Micros.
The role:
* 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
* Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
* Placing orders on the order processing system
* Gathering information for quotes for jobs
* Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
* Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
* Assist with admin duties as required
* Provide excellent customer service
The candidate:
* Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
* Be able to manage own workload and work towards deadlines
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Must currently reside in the UK
