Salary : £32000 – £35000/annum

Cedar are supporting an entertainment company based in Central London with a transactional finance project that directly supports their shared service centre operating model.

As the Order to Cash Credit Controller, you will ensure the accounts receivable and credit and collection activities for the organisation are processed timely and accurately. You will support the development and execution of continuous process improvements to streamline the order-to-cash process.

Duties –

Provide financial order management support to business units, supply chain and sales personnel to control credit exposure
Minimise and resolve customer disputes
Execute collection of assigned customer account portfolio
Ensure all payments are collected within the specified payment term
Work closely with finance to ensure cash forecasts are accurate and complete
Facilitate monthly A/R close process, including preparation of accounts receivable ledger, including any adjustments, journal entries, and reconciliation of specific accounts
Evaluate customer accounts for any issues relating to reconciliations/settlements, ensuring ageing balances are investigated and resolved
Advise on any risky customers for their bad debts provisions, ensure proper escalation of risks and refer uncollectable debts for support or write-off
Manage customer inquiries and disputes
Process dispute/deduction adjustments and write-off balances
Maintain accurate credit and collection files and perform monthly portfolio analysis
Provide support to the OTC Team as a whole to ensure full team coverage, including raising invoices and credit notes, allocating cash and creating adjustments

Experience –

2+ years of experience in a credit control role with high volume of transaction processing in financial ERP
Understanding of internal controls, indirect taxes, and service desk operations desired
Knowledge of SAP, ERPs, and S/4HANA
MUST be fluent in English AND at least one of these languages – Portuguese, German, French or Spanish
Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions
Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects working well under pressure

Salary –

£32,000 to £35,000 per annum

Working model –

2 days office based near High Street Kensington
